Job Description

Your to-do list: 

• Implementation all digital activity run across 30+ markets around the world 

• Pushes the bounds of digital thinking for the client in a strategic, efficient, and innovative way 

• Manages the full process, from briefing to campaign completion

• Lead the client ́s digital global vision and strategy by working with a team of experts to keep the client ́s digital media activity at the forefront in all digital disciplines;

• Work with data analytics leadership to help build the framework for our automated global reporting platform;

• Drive a global network of markets to understand and implement theClient ́s global digital vision, process and KPIs in their digital teams and plansacross multiple brands and products;

• Being constantly appraised of technology developments in order to deliver the most innovative, competitive, and breakthrough approaches in the digital space;

• Become a trusted resourcefor the client and drive the shift from operational excellence to strategic digital partner;

• Dealing with quality control of the agencies output –response to briefs, content projects, practices execution, etc.prior to being sent to client;

• Handling Local and International coordination and troubleshooting as required, including training teams around the globe on internal processes;

• Constantly communicating with both our clients and our teams to ensure connectivity globally;

• Working closely with the global client lead to keep them updated on pertinent activities taking place digitally;

• Conduct regular reviews with client to provide them information related to key topics in the digital space and manage brand performance in these areas.

Zenith is looking for a Global Digital Lead for a retail/Fashion brand and he/she will report directly to the Head of Digital. 

Qualifications

If in your past experience:

• University degree and 9+ years of experience managing clients in the digital advertising environment;
• Knowledge and use of the tools/sources in the digital advertising space;
• Expertise across digital disciplines;
• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.

If you are:

• Able to be proactive, dynamic, organized, flexible, and provide a clear point of view;
• History leading and managing people;
• Open to new ideas and comfortable with change.

Not mandatory but great to have:

• International media experience;
• Familiarity with traditional media planning;
• Knowledge of offline media and how they fit into the larger ecosystem.
