We design products, services, environments, and digital experiences for internal application seeking new ways to provide value for Replyers and experimenting with new solutions. We implement visible and tangible strategies for innovation and execute all aspects of design and development, from conception through to production.
We are seeking a Junior Business Designer to join our Milan Team. We want someone who has a unique blend of real-world experience and theory, someone who likes to blur the lines between strategy and creative. You will begin as a core member of the Internal Communication Team and our expectation is that you will grow into a project leader, responsible for orchestrating and delivering across all areas of a design challenge.
Once you are here you will:
· Collect user needs through an iterative user centric design methodology
· Design new products, services and consumer experiences that differentiate the user experience together with UX, UI and platform experts
· Create compelling new value propositions for Replyers.
· Design organizational structures and strategic assets to help the company drive its own innovation.
Relevant experience:
We are looking for new graduates or people with 1-2 years of experience willing to actively participate in all product design phases
In addition:
· Ability to work in diverse work cultures and comfortable with nonhierarchical organizations.
· The candidate will work with, learn from, and contribute to the Internal communication team with the goal of reinforcing Reply employee experience.
· A degree in Management Engineering or business is required.
