As Head of Human Resources (f/m) at simplesurance, you report directly to the CFO & Co-Founder, working closely with the founders, leadership, management and people teams to create and implement an HR + Recruitment strategy. With your ability to switch between an operational and a strategic mindset, you are a strong link to support our ambitious growth plans. You will lead and develop our HR + Recruitment team and be the HR business partner to all management levels. With your open nature, strong communication ability and focus on success, you easily gain the trust of our leadership body and employees.
- You will create and implement an HR + Recruiting strategy that is aligned with our growth strategy
- You are a talent manager and scout - identifying talented people, both internally and externally, focusing on development and retention
- You’ll manage, coach and develop the HR + Recruiting team
- You will be the business partner to the C-Level and managers
- You will bring forth new ideas and work agile
- You will be responsible for operational tasks like process (people administration and payroll), reporting and optimization in the teams and support our business lines
- You have a minimum of 4 years of modern human resources and recruitment experience in a fast-growing, start-up/scale-up environment
- You have managed and developed a team
- You have designed and implemented individual development and organizational growth concepts
- You are equally a people and numbers-driven person, putting a high focus on analysis and resolution finding
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- You are fluent in both English and German
