THE MISSION
- Customer assistance via e-mail, messaging and telephone calls aimed at recovering credit due for customers in Italy and France
- Return support activities
- Periodic reporting and use of management software
- Credit monitoring activities in constant contact with the Finance Division
Minimum qualifications:
- You fluently speak Italian and French. If you are bilingual even better!
- You are fluent in English
- You have a high school diploma
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, determination and customer orientation.
- You had already a similar experience in the past. 1 or 2 years is ideal

Level/RAL: 5 level CCNL Commerce
Salary: €21,000.00 - €24,000.00 per year
Working hours:
Mon - Wed - Fri 9:30 - 18:30 with lunch break;
Tue - Thu 10:00 - 14:00, 16:30 - 20:30
Expected start date: March 2022
