THE MISSION 
Simone, our CEO, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support him on his super busy scheduling!  
This role is based in Milan, where we’ll expect to see you often, but we have the possibility to work from home as well some days per week.
We like to think that we're pretty good at offering a job where you can thrive and that fits nicely into a fulfilled life. 
You will:
- Manage the CEO agenda, arranging meetings and business events. He has an extremely active calendar of appointments!
- Filter requests for information, identify issues which need immediate attention and manage conflicting priorities
- Support the CEO with his email correspondence
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements, in compliance with Covid procedures
- Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed 
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least a high school diploma
- A previous experience in the same role, better if in a structured environment
- Fluent Italian and English Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility 
- Ability to anticipate needs
- Strong technical and analytical abilities including experience with G Suite and MS Office (in particular Excel, Power Point..)
- Eye for detail 
Soft skills
- Experience multitasking with the ability to handle changing priorities in a scale up environment
- Handle confidential information and communications tactfully, with efficiency and attention to detail
- Data-driven and organised, you like things to run like a machine 
- You’re a self-starter, autonomous & proactive: we’re looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
