Kimberly, our Retail Manager, is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to join Scalapay as it grows.
This role is based in Milan where we would love to see you often.
You Will
  • Execute retail operational activities through constant support to the team (50%)
  • Monitoring performance to continuously improve results (30%)
  • Develop marketing and training materials to increase brand awareness and provide essential tools to properly use Scalapay in stores (20%).
  • Expected Key Results
  • Shorten merchant activation timelines
  • Optimise both internal and external materials
  • Make the operations leaner and faster
  • You’ll be great for this role if:
  • 1/2 years working in the retail and e-commerce sector
  • BS/BA in Business, Management and/or Marketing or a related field of study.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both Italian & English [Knowledge of another language such as French, German, Spanish is a plus]
  • Your analytical skills assist you to monitor and report on performance (Excel and Power Point are your best friends!)
  • You work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritising to effectively handle tight deadlines with a keen sense of urgency
  • Customer-oriented, with a keen eye for partnership care
  • You are rigorous and conscientious, your attention to detail allows you to ensure a clean and clear customer experience
  • You are self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
