About the position: Project Manager Go-to-Market


The Project Manager ensures cross functional communication, planning, milestone tracking and flawless readiness for all releases and has great impact on several departments.


This position will report into the Business Operations team, but will work closely with peers in Product Management, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal from planning through readiness. Responsibilities could include working with Product Management to define releases, global rebranding of the company, largescale internal changes and so on.


 Qualifications


What we are looking for


  • 5-7 years experience in project, planning, and program management of company-wide and cross-departmental projects in a global environment
  • 2+ yrs relevant experience in Product Marketing or other planning function
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills with emphasis on technology
  • Strong accountability and project management skills for tasks without close supervision
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
  • Extremely organized, meticulous and detailed oriented

A day in the life of a Project Manager


  • Effectively manage/coordinate all information and work related to the project
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Create templates and tools to structure information and data for project documentation
  • Work with all teams to define and execute a flawless plan
  • Build, maintain, and communicate plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies from the cross functional team
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies and provide escalation management
  • Advocate for all stakeholders throughout the cycle to ensure they have the support to succeed
