About the role

The Talent Development department was created just one year ago at Stuart in order to support our employees in their growth & development. With this purpose in mind, we’ve designed Stuart Academy which is an internal program with a broad range of initiatives including soft-skill training, management training, employee recognition program, coaching, peer-to-peer initiatives (mentoring, Lunch&Learn, etc.)

By joining us, you will have the chance to own a lot of exciting projects and have a real impact since Day One. You will report to Alexandra Brun based in Paris.

Our Talent Development philosophy:

  • Business-driven program: Talent Development based on real business needs and the shifting talent challenges of the new Covid normality
  • Learning as a journey: Learning application through a sequence of modules, experiences, and tools
  • Develop individual capabilities: Grow our talents by developing critical skills required to activate our business strategy
  • Develop organizational capabilities: Maximise engagement, collaboration, agile ways of working, and operational excellence

Your role as a Talent Development Manager at Stuart will include:

  • Conduct an ad-hoc skill gap analysis to determine Talent Development needs to take care of our Stuwies across different locations
  • Design engaging training experiences
  • Facilitate soft skill training sessions (online for the time being)
  • Ensure Talent Development programs are following a high standard of quality (analyze feedback forms, etc.)
  • Take initiative in order to improve our talent development practices
  • Manage external providers (consultants, trainers, facilities, etc.)
  • Have fun organizing TD program logistics (ad-hoc communication, etc.) ‍️

Requirements

What you can bring:

  • Passion for learning and people development
  • 3+ years of experience designing engaging training experiences
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating online (Zoom, etc.)
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Analytical skills would be a plus!
  • Willingness to communicate in fluent English on a daily basis
