Our SumUp office in São Paulo is now hiring for the position of Employer Branding Specialist!

You'll lead the employer branding to build a long-term pipeline of qualified candidates through university relations, partnership and also internship and trainee programs!

Responsibilities

• You are the champion of our communities and manage them in an interactive, fun and engaging way. For this you independently develop internal and external communication and marketing strategies for our target group with a focus on strengthening and continuing further development of our "employer brand";
• Lead university relations and partnerships, designing talent programs such as Internship, Trainee, MBAs, etc;
• Help define the Global EVP (employee value proposition) and then roll out globally;
• Improve candidate experience and increase diversity in the company;

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese;
• Advanced English is mandatory - you are gonna work in a Global team!
• Strong experience with university relations and partnerships;
• Strong experience with internal programs, such as Internship, Trainee, etc;
• Communication and storytelling are your passions. You use them creatively and purposefully to connect people and topics;
• International working experience and a global mindset;
• Previous experience in internet industry is preferred, but not mandatory;
• Passionate about recruiting and technology. An entrepreneur who's easy-going, a team player, business and results- oriented.
