We are looking for an Global Compensation Manager to support Payroll and Compensation efforts. In this position, you are responsible for the compensation, benefits, legal, payroll, HR planning and analytics.

Your tasks:

  • Guarantee that payroll and regulation process are working properly in Berlin, managing external providers.
  • Develop and manage the company’s total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, etc), making SumUp competitive worldwide.
  • Lead workforce planning, budget, analytics and related process.
  • Implement and manage the HR systems that are going to support the company’s growth for long term, providing data and insights to the top management.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Good knowledge of English, German is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Consistent experience in payroll, compensation, benefits, organizational planning and employment law in international organizations and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in implementing core HR systems is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented, analytical, self-driven, entrepreneur, innovative describe your profile.
  • Team player, willingness to help others and flexibility are important characteristics to fit in the team.
