What your new challenge will look like:- Be responsible for new customer acquisition and growth through online channels in the U.S.
- Develop integrated online marketing strategies combining existing best-practices with innovative approaches
- Collaborate closely with our Product team to continuously improve conversion and unit economics
- Beyond pure online marketing, help build up the new office and team in the U.S.
Requirements
What we are looking for in a new colleague:- 3+ years experience in performance marketing / online marketing with at least 5-digit monthly budget responsibility
- Strong quantitative skills and solid problem solving skills, idea generation as well as excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
- A strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and ownership
- Native-level English speaker, additionally Spanish a plus
- BA/BS degree required, Master degree preferred
