For our Milan office we are looking for a International Expansion Associate who will help us to launch our operations in Europe.

You will get the unique opportunity to scaling up internationally a leading European e-grocery company.

What you will do

• Project Management of international expansion activities coordinating different functional stakeholders at the HQ and local level;

• Build, scale, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models aiming to assist expansion efforts and make data driven decisions;

• Facilitate execution through cross-functional tasks and projects ranging from Data Analytics, Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Operations to successfully complete international projects;

• Market entry analysis and corporate development opportunities;

• Support in recruiting and training local teams to pave the road to success and lead by example by being incredibly truth seeking and setting the high standards;

• Master of science in a technical or quantitative discipline (i.e. business, economics, engineering etc);

• 1-3 years of VC, startup or related experience, consulting, investment banking;

• Fluent in english;

• Quick learning ability, outstanding analytical skills and structured way of thinking, attention to details;

• Passionate for providing excellent research and recommendations and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written;

• Able to handle uncertainty and simplify complexity;

• Get-stuff-done attitude;

• Ability to work with remote teams through clear and concise communication;

• Very good knowledge of excel and power point. SQL is a plus;
