Junior Digital Marketing - Future Talent Programme

With Future Talent Program you will be permanently employed in a certain department and position from the beginning and follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars. The program will give you extensive insight to the company, the culture and the values.

In the role of Digital Marketing you will work at:

• Analyse business-relevant trends across the categories, from a global perspective, covering the entire value chain;
• Support market companies in category development through sharing and publication of success stories, insights and opportunities;

We are looking for newly graduates with the following characteristics:

• Engineering/Statistics/Marketing Degree
• Short experience in technology advanced agencies specialised in media/digital marketing and/or knowledge in Cloud Computing, Infrastructures and apps 
• Ability to read big data
• Strong passion for digital data and social listening

Qualifications

To apply to the Future Talent Program you have finished or are about to finish your Master Degree studies. You have a mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network. You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive. You are passionate about applying your theoretical knowledge into actual challenges. Furthermore we believe that you are a true team player with good communication skills.

Experience from studies or work abroad is considered a merit. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
