Junior Product Analyst - Future Talent Programme

In the Future Talent Programme you will become recruited to a certain department and position already from the beginning. You will have a permanent position from day one and follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars. The programme will give you extensive insight to the company, our culture and values.

As a Junior Product Analyst you will be involved in the following activities:

• Creation of product strategy, operational plan and development product roadmaps
• Monitoring of market environment and business performance in order to maximize the entire product lifecycle
• Delivering upon Key Performance Measures

Qualifications 

We are looking for newly graduates in the following areas:  

• Industrial/Mechanical/Automation Engineering with a strong business orientation
• Strongly interested in the development of digital topics (home automation, programming, apps development, virtual networking) is considered a merit

To apply to the Future Talent Programme you have finished or are about to finish your Master Degree studies within Engineering. You have a mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network. You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive. It is important that you are result oriented with a genuine interest and an analytical ability. You are passionate about applying your theoretical knowledge into actual challenges. Furthermore we believe that you are a true team player with good communication skills.

Experience from studies or work abroad is considered a merit. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
