Future Talent Program is a two-year trainee program for young graduates, starting in September 2017. As a participant, you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the program, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Tetra Pak development in a long perspective and be part of an innovative technical environmentWith Future Talent Program, you will be permanently employed in a certain department and position from the beginning and follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars. The program will give you extensive insight to the company, the culture and the values.

For our market Company in Limburg (Germany), we are looking for a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production team. Here, you will have the chance to develop an international network within Tetra Pak and also to deal directly with our customers, supporting them in growing in their business.

As a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Coordinate and govern WCM program in the factory. 
• Learn and facilitate application of new methodologies like TPM, Lean Production/Manufacturing, Kaizen etc. 
• Lead and participate in Kaizen improvement teams and projects. 
• Lead and participate in training and coaching sessions for WCM methodology. 
• Participate in internal and external WCM audits and assessments. 
• Conduct internal WCM audits and reviews. 
• Support improvement teams and troubleshooting activities in production. 
• Support management in strategy deployment. 
• Support visual management system in the factory.  

Qualifications

To apply for the Future Talent Program, you have finished or are about to finish your Industrial Engineering – Mechanical or Automation Engineering studies and in addition you have knowhow in WCM, Lean Methodology, maybe TPM as well. You have a mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network. You like to solve problems and you have a strong personal drive. It is important that you are result oriented with a genuine technical interest and an analytical ability. You are passionate about applying your theoretical knowledge into actual challenges. Furthermore, we believe that you are a true team player with good communication skills. You are fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
