Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at Tot, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

Define the product vision. Together with founders, you will collaborate with the engineering team, and all main stakeholders to conceive the roadmap by centralizing and prioritizing demands that bring the most value to Tot’s business.

Translate business’s needs in actionable tasks for our engineering team.

Discover new solutions. We are on the forefront of innovation, and want you to be on stage: be adaptive and find new strategies or cool solutions to our customers’ problems.

Grow. You will join a new funded startup and will be between the first employees. You will have the opportunity to take charge and soon build a team with you.

Requirements

+3-5 years of experience building new products in an agile environment. Experience in fintech and SME sector is a plus.

You have experience with Agile frameworks and love their ceremonies.

Obsessed with customers need: you motivate yourself by finding, and solving, those needs, and on building the cleverst’s solutions.

You have an understanding on how things work technically: you don’t need to be an Engineer, but a curious person.

The answers are in the data, and you know that.

You know how to coordinate projects and bring them to life with strong attention to details.

You are fluent in italian and english.

You graduated from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
