We are on the lookout for a creative, hands-on Content Creator to join our Marketing team. The content creator will work closely with our product, creative and  social team to support us in ideating, writing and creating new content ideas for social, blog, web and omnichannel campaigns. 


This is a hands-on role, and you’ll be responsible for anything ranging from websites, blog posts,  as well coming up with new content ideas.


This role requires someone who is creative, with excellent writing skills –– but who can also identify new opportunities to engage existing and new audiences through content. Being able to measure impact and report on campaign performance is definitely a plus.


This role will give you the opportunity to


  • Work alongside Marketing Managers to drive new ideas for content on pricing, transparency in the financial industry and other products;
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Write and produce great digital and social content, that aligns with channel objectives and brand tone of voice;
  • Research industry-related topics Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Update website content as needed

Your mission


  • Plan, produce and create a range of digital content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and stakeholders
  • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal design team when necessary
  • Help produce engaging and shareable content about our products 
  • Increase product and awareness through educational content and best practices around engagement;
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital channels/activities
  • Increasing awareness of your brand or product via social media via organic channels

A bit about you


  • Proven experience working in Content Marketing – producing content for social is a plus;
  • Be responsible for keeping best practices for customer and community engagements;
  • Ability to identify and track relevant content metrics;
  • Proven excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent writing skills;
