To empower TransferWise and move us closer to achieving that mission, we are looking for a talented Product Analyst to join our growing Conversion Team in London.

From analysing conversion funnels to building segmentation models using machine learning algorithms, Analysts at TransferWise have complete autonomy over how they apply their skills. You’ll report to the Product Manager and join a talented, cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers, Product Marketers. working on solving extremely high-impact customer problems.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyse, define and prioritise opportunities and influence how the product roadmap actually creates an impact on customers lives.  
• Own, define, and improve tracking across all platforms
• Designing and building our internal conversion dashboards - you’ll enable anyone in the company to easily monitor the user behaviours and conversion rates of our products across the world
• Work with Product, Content, and Design to understand the user journey
• Be a leader in the company in A/B testing practices and help your team define the right experiments to run
• Build relationships across the business from People to Customer Support, Marketing, and everything in between. At TransferWise, we share a single vision and a diversity of thought and feedback will help us to build incredible products that will get us there.

Experience & skills that you’ll need

• You push beyond the numbers and understand how the customer is using your product, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis - empathy and curiosity aren’t a bad thing.
• Besides solid SQL and Excel, you are familiar with either Python or R, and you are keen to learn the tools needed for a given task.
• If something isn’t working, you have the ability to pick the best tools for the job.
• You have a strong knowledge of statistics and are rigorous in your analysis.
• Excellent communication skills. You can take complex ideas and distill them into clear, actionable and inspiring insights.
• Beyond the autonomy you naturally have at TransferWise, you feel comfortable collaborating with others across our offices. Even if takes a bit of travel.
• Data Science and Machine Learning isn’t a must, but it would be a big plus if you’ve had a chance to get your head around them.
