Day to day monitoring of inventory levels in stores, in conjunction with plan to ensure optimum Stock Turn, Revenue and Service Levels and maintenance of Inventory in store
Analyze sales results by store daily and replenish accordingly
Adjust target levels for replenishment or change assortment
Execute transfers, optimize store stock, monitoring out of stocks and fill size gaps
Establish proper levels of product by store and distribute accordingly.
Coordinate with DC and rest of allocation team to optimize daily/weekly allocation quantities
Communicate with stores to optimize replenishment and get feedbacks on delivery quality/quantity
Ensure full execution of Transfers in a timely manner.
Complete size analysis on a regional level to aid future buys.
Estimate replenishment quantities on weekly basis for DC Shipping Forecast.
Analyze business trends and communicate product needs to Merchandise Planner to achieve Budget
Set up price promotion.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or (equivalent) in related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience ideally in a multi-store retail environment
Languages: Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
Ability to do detailed allocation work accurately and efficiently to interpret reports & results & recap the findings.
Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing business needs and requirements.
Detail-oriented with the ability to translate direction to lower level execution.
Must have strong Excel knowledge and ability to manage big data sets
