GENERAL SUMMARY
The e-Commerce Merchandise manager is responsible for managing and executing e-Commerce trading and merchandising strategies, campaigns, tools and activities across TNF EMEA website.
They will head up one of the online commercial pillaers, (1/3 of the online revenue) this is achieved through digital KPI’s accountability and a gold standard consumer journey approach.
This role requires a proven track record in leading and executing the analysis of product performance, promotional activities and monitoring core KPI’s for digital merchandising tools. Ability to brief into marketing/development teams for future enhancements.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Work closely with Senior eCommerce Manager to drive strategy across TNF EMEA websites.
* Deliver in-season reporting and in-depth analysis on core merchandising KPI’s including product & category performance, promotional activities and on-site search to drive online merchandising activities.
* Help to define seasonal merchandising calendar which tracks all brand and online activity, and is used by the marketing teams to develop customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
* Lead promotional and sales planning by analysing activities, including long term impact on core KPI’s.
* Forecast and buying management partnering with Retail/Product/Digital Operational teams.
* Support catalogue management and internal workflow processes
* Collaborate with Digital Marketing to develop creative visual merchandising assets (homepages and banners).
* Manage merchandising tools and stay abreast on digital merchandising technology developments.
* Manage technical site maintenance and new features development collaborating with operations and project managers.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience: at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English
* Previous experience with digital merchandising tools & working with IT support teams
* Must have strong analytical skills and an eye for trends.
* Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle workload independently.
