We are looking for an outstanding E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser to join our Dickies team.

The primary job responsibilities of the E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser are to own, and project manage, the product lifecycle of our Dickies eComm website. Setting up clear plans in order to deliver the business priorities and meet the seasonal go to market strategy, working with multiple stakeholders to hit agreed timelines will be key focus area of this role. You will be responsible for merchandise our collection from A to Z from planning, forecasting, buying and inventory management to trading / visual merchandising activities, cross-functional go-to-market alignment, on-site execution and performance tracking.

As Digital Merchandiser you will play a key role to further strengthen and support the growth of our .com business. The role will be responsible for both strategic and hand-on tasks, bringing projects from ideation to execution. He/she will ensure that collections are launched and sold in a timely manner, in line with the business’s guidelines, objectives and, of course, budget.

You will be responsible for:

* Establish and execute best-in-class digital Merchandising Planning process fully aligned with our overall brand strategy, positioning and seasonal merchandising strategy;

* Forecast, buy and stock manage our Ecommerce collection and seasonal drops, in alignment with overall business forecasting goals and phasing;

* Set standards of trading and inventory management, proactively proposing continuous improvements in trading processes and tools;

* Set up clear and actionable timely report to higher management and align with Digital Titans Merchandiser to share learning and opportunities and optimize stock;

* Full ownership to manage the performance of the defined assortment;

* Influence a content strategy across our key campaigns and strike a balance with a commercial proposition and one that represents the brand s placement within the marketplace;

* Ensure we re address and adapt our site & product presentation to the needs of our consumer base and in line with our wider business performance;

* Merchandise product on the site and email, and support the social media team on social commerce alignment per global merchandising guidelines;

* Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Site Ops and SEO/SEM to ensure wider cross-channel campaigns are translating into tangible, logical site experiences;

* Daily management of site experiences, content and promotion implementation;

* Execute the online content and product catalog setup activities, including all marketing and promotional content, product copy and imagery preparation;

* Create and execute category specific site merchandising optimizations, determining the attribute structure, navigation pathways and landing experiences to best drive product discoverability and presentation;

* Utilize web analytics and data to guide ongoing improvements and optimize site merchandising tools to drive category traffic and increase conversion;

* Be a cross functional thought partner to drive improvements to the customer experience, utilizing content, creative, and marketing that will improve category conversion and drive revenue growth;

* Implement effective web merchandising strategies, including product categorization, promotions, on-site search results, sorting, product page optimization, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies;

* Partner with cross functional team to develop concepts, page layouts, navigation, and other solutions to maximize sales and optimize customer experience, as well as content strategy;

* Shop competition to identify trends and opportunities in both product categories, new business opportunities and customer experience enhancements;

* Test promotions, site enhancements, and functionality. Frequently QA site for irregularities and work to resolve;

* Maximize online sales performance (i.e., conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction), with focus on making continuous improvements in customer experience ratings, cross-sell strategies, sell-thru, and promotion execution;

* Determine product availability and sale / clearance strategies;

* Execute all promotional updates, including testing, creating on-site promotional banners, and ensuring all supporting content is ready for launch;

* Optimize and manage the product taxonomy and continuously improve site search functionality;

* Analyze competitors’ marketing, selection, and pricing to make strategic go-to-market decisions;

* Analyze A/B testing results to make informed merchandising decisions;

What you need to succeed?

* 4+ yrs. of relevant work experience with proven track record in Merchandising Planning or equivalent Business Planning role

* Relevant Merchandise Planning experience within a fast-paced retail business, ideally a multi-branded eCommerce retailer

* Know how digital merchandising can impact consumer behavior, understanding what factors will drive interaction and conversion

* Excellent analytical skills

* Outstanding business- and financial acumen

* Consumer-first, data savvy and brand-driven mindset

* Highly performance driven and result-oriented team player who is getting things done

* Strategic and operational decision-making

* Understanding of product and marketplace trends

* Magento eCommerce platform knowledge

* Broad and deep Digital Visual Merchandising expertise

* AB/Personalization testing experience

* Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to negotiate and influence

* Thorough understanding of SEO best practices

* fluent in English and preferably min. one more EU language
