For our Customer Service Department in Pederobba (Treviso) we are looking for a Customer Service Representative English & German speaking.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Achieve Revenues Results
- Work closely with planning, credit, sales and DC to maximize shipments of customers’ orders, discounts, etc.
- Set and support shipping forecast accuracy by providing structure feedback of shipping evolution, deviation from projected performance, expected issues etc.
- Become a Key player providing solutions to business needs related to supply chain.
- Identify and solve account issues related to products orders, deliveries, credit issues, returns.
- Serve as a key link between the customer finance, transportation, distribution.
- Setup new accounts
- Manage returns, maximizing the re-allocation of dropped orders
- Be seen as a true partner of the sales teams
- Enter at once and replenishment orders within given guidelines
Communication
- Be an active member of the Customer service team, collecting team feedback from accounts, sales teams and other departments in order to identify areas of improvements
- Participate actively in weekly meetings and/or conferences
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and adequate manner
Reporting and Analysis
- Analyze seasonal booking information, identify and manage the dropped orders in order to grow the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of directly relevant work experience
- Fluent English & German – mandatory
- Italian speaker
- Strong Excel knowledge - mandatory
- Pro-active problem solving and team work attitude is required as well as good communication skills to be able to be heard cross functionally and vertically within the company and the market place
