MAKING THE DIFFERENCE:

In this role you will help shape the digital future of Eastpak by partnering with both internal and external stakeholders such as customer service and logistics to help drive and exceed our eCommerce financial results by delivering key projects and optimizations across the Eastpak websites. You will also be accountable for the day-to-day service management of the websites.

MORE DETAILS - A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

As a key member of the eCommerce team you will be responsible for:

* Supporting project implementation from requirement setting to delivery, and fine tuning

* Executing UAT and regression testing to ensure a stable platform experience.

* Building strong relationships with all the stakeholders to play an integral role in the development of an omni-channel customer experience.

* Being the point person on the eCommerce business team for all customer service team related questions and needs. This relates to online transactions and day-to-day service issues.

* Working with the eCommerce team to coordinate day-to-day service management of the websites by tracking service tickets in Jira system

* Help ensuring orders are flowing smoothly from the website through the warehouse and to the end customer. Ensure orders at DCs meet 'pick, pack and ship' guidelines (timing and accuracy) as well as other key SLAs.

* Managing the forecasting of orders & units for customer service & DC management teams

* Help develop key components and processes of the eCommerce business' distribution from DCs to end customer.

* Help develop, maintain and communicate supply chain benchmarks

* Oversee returns flow process, monitor & report returns rate and provide insight for any process improvements consumer facing and within systems

* Constantly work to improve efficiency in warehouse and logistics and be able to solve supply chain related problems. Work to improve systems, policies, business processes and information flow. Strive for operational efficiency and excellence

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

* Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles in a retail or eCommerce environment

* Experience with Internet based technology platforms, working with technical and business teams for requirements gathering

* Curiosity toward the evolution of digital customer experience and the role that both web and mobile play within it

* Ability to prioritize initiatives

* Result-orientation and capability to relate actions to KPIs

* Ability to build long term relationships & communicate with a wide range internal and external parties, either with business or technical background

* Proficiency in written and spoken English

SKILLS:

* Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication and grammatical skills

* Strong planning, scheduling and problem solving skills

* Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; e-mail and Internet

* Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle large volumes of work independently

* Able to efficiently and effectively work with third parties

* HTML and Magento knowledge are a plus
