Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Trade & Retail Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in Stabio (HQ), Switzerland.

As a Trade & Retail Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting and managing best in class marketing support across EMEA from planning to execution and deliver the WOW effect.

You will have strong organizational and communication skills to support the Sr. Wholesale Marketing Manager in facilitating information, content, communication and driving execution.

ium image of the brand across EMEA with a focus on strategic accounts, digital activities, and collaborations.

The role will also require to be the connection between the local teams in the countries and Headquarters.

lfilling the following aspects of the Trade & Retail Marketing Coordinator role:

Support Account Marketing Activities across EMEA, mainly collaborations with strategic accounts and a digital first approach.

Management of dealer marketing platform

Support in the setup of local (account) events, trade shows and consumer activations.

Management of the reporting process to head office on key campaigns and account marketing plans for a seamless workflow

Day to day management of the budget lines for which responsible. Follow and monitor to achieve and ensure complete accuracy through Coupa process

Skills for Success

Academic: University Degree, Bachelor or Master level.

Experience: 2 years in similar position - experience in more than one market would be a plus.

Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Italian would be a big plus.

Deep understanding of Napapijri brand with a passion for outdoor and fashion.

The ability to translate global strategies into local executions.

The ability to translate brand strategies into consumer experiences in close alignment with our wholesale partners and in our mono brand stores.

The capability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.

An understanding of branding and commercial relevance.

The ability to communicate on many different levels (internal and external).

An expertise in planning, c

inating, and communicating.

A keen interest in analyzing and reporting results.
