We are looking for a Social Media Manager Italy (m/f/d) who will support us to run our Italian Instagram account – constantly researching best practices, the latest trends and arising features to bring our Instagram content to the next level. 

Your responsibilities will be:

• You are fully responsible for the feed planning of our Italian Instagram account, counting more than 1.7 Million followers!
• You manage the publishing calendar based on seasonality, choose the best content, write the most engaging captions and closely analyze the performance of your posts
• You play a key role in the development of social media content together with our production and with that match the taste of our Italian Instagram community
• You are not afraid to be in front of the camera from time to time to participate in stories or Lives in order to achieve the teams overall goals
• You partner closely with other departments such as sales and influencer marketing and play a key role to further strengthen our positioning as the reference for Home & Living on Instagram

You come with:

• Your heart beats for „all things social media“. You are obsessed with Instagram, follow all relevant influencers and are ready to come up with innovative concepts on your own
• You have experience in running cutting-edge social media channels within a company or agency
• You successfully publish inspirational content on your own social media accounts. Please include them in your application!
• You have good skills in MS Office and Google Analytics
• You speak Italian at a native level and you have very good English language skills
