We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Digital Strategic Account Manager!



We are expanding our business at the international level and starting to approach the spanish market. Therefore, depending on the person's expectations and background, this role could be based in Milan or Madrid, with a focus on the consolidated market or the new-born Spanish one.

What you'll do


As a Digital Strategic Account Manager, your goal will be to develop and lead initiatives to significantly grow clients’ business on e-marketplaces.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Managing a portfolio of key strategic clients
  • Driving project delivery, analyzing key metrics, implementing appropriate actions, monitoring results, and ensuring timely delivery and achievement of business targets
  • Effectively articulating insights and knowledge in the form of client deliverables.
  • Using the most innovative e-marketplace tools and solutions to scale activities across the client base

Requirements:
  • Passion for technology start-ups and e-commerce
  • 1-2 years of relevant Consulting, e-commerce or Trade Marketing experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with a test-measure-iterate approach
  • Experience working across multiple teams and projects to deliver significant impact on the business
  • Ability to lead senior client discussions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize well across competing requirements; project management skills and experience is valued
  • Excellent communication skills (Italian or Spanish and English); other European languages (German, French) would be a plus
  • IT Literacy: high. Proven use of web and associated technologies in driving traffic and sales in an online environment is preferred
  • Strong Excel and Access skills and working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
