What you'll do

As a Head of Amazon & Marketplace Advertising, you will lead our Advertising team and oversee the Marketplace Advertising strategy for our top clients on and off e-marketplaces. You will provide thought leadership on the planning, setup and optimization of marketing strategies that integrate both Display and Performance/PPC campaigns, utilizing advanced technology and various advertising platforms (internal and external).

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of 4+ experienced Advertising Specialists and Leads
• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated advertising strategies (Display+Performance) for 50+ clients
• Oversee digital Advertising strategies of top manufacturers and leading brands at global scale interacting with C-level executives and digital media directors
• Use data and business insights to analyze the performance, experiment with new approaches/strategies, and communicate to clients key results
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and have excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver the key messages to the audience
• Stay abreast of new feature releases and changes and decide how best to integrate them in current client strategies to deliver further value
• Have the mindset to scale, optimize and improve operational efficiency within the team
• Work with our Software Innovation team and Business Intelligence team to improve our planning and reporting capabilities and develop new tools/reports

We are looking for an expert of Digital Advertising (Display Advertising experience is strongly preferred) and a proven team and people leader. You do not need prior Amazon or e-marketplace experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of digital advertising experience with a track record of building integrated advertising strategies and delivering outstanding results
• Previous experience managing a team
• Have an analytical mindset focused on measurement and performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial approach and curiosity to test what works and quickly implement new features
• Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
• Excellent presentation, organization and project management skills
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint / Google Slides
