We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager. In this role you will be driving the planning and execution of Witailer digital marketing strategy including including web, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing. You will also be responsible for the success of the client media strategies by providing thought leadership on the design and optimization of the marketing campaigns and have an analytical mindset focused on measurement and reporting of performance. In addition, you have a passion for new business development to help grow the current client base. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns including social advertising, SEM, SEO, affiliate, display, PPC campaigns, also A/B testing and experimenting various solutions 
  • Drive and analyze campaigns by looking at multiple data sources such as web analytics platforms, external data sources and market research 
  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and own the e-marketplace media campaign performance for several client accounts 
  • Manage a team of Marketing & Account Specialists 
  • Track and identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on them 
  • Effectively evaluate performance data, implement appropriate actions and articulate insights and knowledge in the form of client deliverables 
  • Have mindset to scale, optimize and improve operational efficiency within the team 


Requirements:

  • SEM experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in managing and achieving great results in one or more online marketing channels (SEO/SEM highly preferred) with the ability to strategically plan and tactically execute integrated digital marketing campaigns 
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe, A/B testing tools, etc.), including solutions available on global e-marketplaces 
  • Analytical mindset with a test-measure-iterate approach and strong Excel skills 
  • Excellent communication skills (Italian and English) with the ability to explain online marketing in simple terms 
  • IT Literacy: high. Proven use of web and associated technologies in driving traffic and sales in an online environment 
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills 
  • Experience in using web analytics to inform the decision making process. 
  • 2-5 years of SEO/SEM, digital marketing or account management experience developed in media/advertising companies 
  • Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript is preferred
