So what’s the role:

• Welcome desk and access administration
• Making our Budapest office run like clockwork, managing amongst other things: - Vendors and utilities - Security - Office maintenance, outsourcers and partners - Internal communications
• Acting as Work Environment Specialist 
• Ensuring all travel arrangements are taken care of
• Planning and organizing team events
• Restlessly leading by example when it comes to our values, employee happiness and office rules
• Creating positive and happy working environment, keeping employee satisfaction high
