Description

Our apps are among the best in their categories and loved by millions of users all over the world. Nonetheless, we believe there’s a large, untapped opportunity to bring them to a whole new level by pushing the boundaries of digital advertising and ASO. That’s why we’re looking for a number-cruncher with an insatiable passion for digital marketing, data analysis, and optimization to help us move closer to our goal of building the #1 app portfolio globally.

A few examples of the work you’ll be doing:

• Manage our whole advertising budget by running campaigns on Facebook Ads,
Instagram Ads, Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads, and more.

• Oversee our designers in the creation of new icons, screenshots, and other artwork to maximize impression-to-download conversions.

• Drive our ASO/SEO efforts to make sure we keep deepening our expertise and that this results in our apps enjoying the most possible organic traffic.

• Query data from our databases and analyze it looking for actionable insights to use in your own advertising or to pass on to the product teams.

• Continuously and tirelessly test, optimize, test, optimize, test, optimize all of the above.

What we offer

Large budgets. You’ll manage our advertising budget independently and receive high-quality coaching to learn to do so effectively. With full access to   our usage data, your analysis will be telling you what to do.

Diverse portfolio. You’ll have 50+ apps to advertise all over the world. With no one-fits-all solution, be ready to try out different strategies and communication styles to hook the perfect target.

Make a difference. We’ll create the best apps possible, you’ll be in charge of introducing them to the world. As the main responsible for advertising, you’ll see the
impact of your strategy on our sales, in no time.

International reach. We sell all over the world, and most of our users are
American. Our company language is English. We’re a global reality.

No clients, lots of trust. We have no clients to dictate what to do or
micromanaging bosses to clip your wings. With no office politics, you’ll be able to  just focus on doing a great job.

Talented, young colleagues. Our designer worked for Gucci, our strategist for
McKinsey. Be surrounded by talented (and nice!) people. Moreover, we’re 28 years  old on average and often hang out together, so you might actually end up making  new friends!

What we look for

Analytical reasoning. You crunch numbers and perform calculations with
confidence and accuracy. You read graphs at a glance and see patterns in them.  You’re a quick learner that can investigate and effectively pick up new concepts on  your own, especially when it comes to numbers and data.

Drive. You’re energetic, hard-working, and persevere through adversity until the job
is done, and done well. In particular, you are an obsessive optimizer.

Passion for the topic. You love to break down and analyze big datasets looking for
insights, and then go ahead and test myriad ideas until full optimization. You enjoy keeping up with digital advertising trends, and know your way around Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and other social media. You’re very likely to love the job if you  find the mobile market interesting.

A flair for communication. You have a creative, imaginative mind and like to play
with words and images to improve communication. Ideally, you‘re interested in user psychology and have a good feel for it.

You preferably have relevant experience. You have experience running datadriven
digital campaigns and you have a degree in a number-heavy field like  statistics or Economics, preferably at MSc level. These are not required, but they  are a strong plus.

Conversational English. You read and write well and speak at a conversational
 level in English.

Some IT and spreadsheet skills. You’re savvy enough to smoothly use Google
Docs, Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Excel. Ideally you can run SQL queries. But  don’t worry, we’ll teach you all you don’t know.
