Working with cross country teams and developing a global media strategy that involves and combines all different needs

• Executing, managing and optimizing Social Media, SEM and Programmatic campaigns with a strong focus on performance
• Setting up campaign tracking, understanding the functionalities of it and proposing improvements on the use of our tracking tools (e.g. HasOffers, Voluum, Focuus, Clickmeter, Hitpath, etc.)
• Conceptualizing, executing and optimizing creativities (banner, landing page), ads copywriting, landing pages and all elements involving the creative user acquisition process as well as its results and goals
• Analyzing data to identify key information, monitor results and propose immediate and long term next steps to enhance results. Therefore, having a knowledge on main marketing KPIs
• Planning and monitoring the marketing budget and spent in order to achieve the global objectives of the company
• Researching and implementing trends, innovations and changes that affect media buying and the digital marketing world that could impact the results. Giving creative inputs to expand the business
• Leading the creation of reports that summarize ad campaign outcomes and provide recommendations based on the data for brand manager

• 5+ years of experience in managing online performance campaigns – at minimum – with a solid understanding of online advertising concepts, media planning, rate negotiation, online advertising technology concepts, performance media platforms and experience with data targeting, profile targeting and display advertising direct response;
• 5+ years or client-facing experience/account management in a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or Social Media role;
• Experience on the VAS market with solid understanding of the characteristics and peculiarities of this business is a plus;
• Deep knowledge of ad serving logic, its various solutions and the 3rd party tools that offer them;
• Deep knowledge of diverse landing page hosting tools/CMS;
• Experience working with DSP’s, SSP’s, RTB platforms, and Ad Exchanges, mainly buying through Demand-Side and RTB Platforms (Doubleclick Bid Manager, AppNexus, * MediaMath, Turn etc)
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor, general knowledge of Facebook advertising. Experience with Marketing Partners (MakeMeReach, Smartly, AdGlow, etc.) is a plus;
• Bachelor’s Degree Marketing, Business Administration or Communications;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent Microsoft Office Package skills;
• Have strong teamwork skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, ability to work in a multicultural environment and having proactivity as your main characteristic. Agile Methodology knowledge is a plus.
