With five restaurants opened in Milan during the first two years we will be rolling out up to 10 new stores in Italy and abroad within the end of 2019. The company raised € 5M+ from top-tier Italian and International investors. Projected sales for next year reach double digit million. The long-term plan is massive. To keep on delivering on our promise we are seeking a top-notch CFO. This role provides strategic financial leadership to the Founder/CEO. The CFO will be next to the CEO or representing him alone at any investors table, bank negotiation and institutional discussion. This position also, oversees leadership and management of the Finance department, coordinating the preparation of budgets, business plan, and management of finances across the organization through consistent internal control and audit.Key accountabilities will be split between managing the day to day operations and leading a strategic position, it will break down as follows:
• Lead the preparation of the business plan and budget• Ensure bookkeeping follows accounting standards and reflects managerial reporting• Report to our investors and support the Board of Directors presentations• Build and maintain long-lasting bank relationship• Scout and pitch to new targeted investors• Provide strategic advice and define KPIs for the Leadership Team• Oversee the preparation of annual audits; including Annual Financial StatementsRequirements
• Positive and energetic attitude• Great communications skills• Strong analytical skills• Fluency in English and Italian• Lateral thinking• Experience in top-tier Strategic Consulting firms, Investment Banks or PE• Deep passion of retail businesses• Loving pasta is a big plusThe package includes
