We are looking for a Team Lead Business Analytics (all genders) to start immediately in our office in Berlin, Friedrichshain, Germany. The Business Analytics Team partners with the growth, marketing, and revenue teams to build and automate reports and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This role will primarily work on European markets, but will also support our North and South American markets as well.


You will:


  • Manage our reporting and ad-hoc analysis for each team, including focus in reporting strategy, build and maintain reports, prioritizing projects, and drive our data strategy with various stakeholders
  • Mind large data sets for actionable insights and provide data-driven thought leadership on company-wide projects
  • Lead ad-hoc deep dive analysis - identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, and technical issues and presenting them to the various stakeholder teams 
  • Statistically analyse, including split testing, forecasting, surveys, cohort analysis, regression, etc

You have:


  • 5 to 7 years of experience in an analytics-related role
  • Experience with marketing or revenue strategy required. Knowledge of both digital and offline marketing is a huge plus
  • Combination of strong communication skills, business acumen, and excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools required. Experience with Tableau is a huge plus
  • Ability to partner with a wide variety of non-analyst stakeholders across departments and contribute to improving business KPIs by providing a data-driven perspective 
  • Resilience and ability to find creative solutions to problems 
  • Experience in a B2C tech company and/or subscription business highly desirable
  • Experience with R or Python a huge plus
  • Knowledge of statistics, especially for A/B testing, a huge plus
  • Interest in the language-learning required. Multilingualism a plus

  • Ability to navigate complex systems, work with diverse stakeholders, and eager to find creative solutions to complicated questions
  • Comfortable with taking calculated risks and developing a culture of experimentation
