Video Producer / Editor

Beat, Babbel's Creative Services Team, is seeking  an experienced Video Producer/Editor to be part of our in-house creative agency.

In this role you will collaborate closely with the Creative and Content teams to concept, produce and edit videos with a focus on marketing channels (such as Social Media, Babbel Magazine) and other Babbel stakeholders. You enjoy collaborating with other producers, video editors, visual designers and writers, working in an environment that is energetic and pragmatic. The big part of your role will also be managing the input of stakeholders. You are solution-oriented and you empower others and are open to feedback and ideas. Your role:

• Work collaboratively with other designers and writers to create innovative, compelling stories
• Write, develop and pitch creative concepts for short-form and social content
• Manage video projects and all deliverables from pre-production through post production
• Manage stakeholder relations and input
• Deliver projects on-time and on-budget while maintaining a high-quality bar
• Give and receive critical feedback in a team environment

Required:

• 3+ years work experience in related field of video production, editing and/or motion design
• Great people skills to inspire and challenge the status quo
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Get things done, with a go-getter attitude and a hands-on mentality
• Expert with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects etc)
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your arsenal
• Experience in developing content for social media
