What you will directly contribute to:

• Drive vision for product language and content across multiple platforms in all of our 22 countries.

• Maintain and develop content strategy principles as part of our Design System. Audit and evolve the methods, tools, and artifacts used to create, edit, publish, and measure product content.

• Use writing and editing skills to write UI text that facilitates user navigation, as well onboarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.

• Be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, terminology, writing, and style.

• Use data and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness and of the content strategy and pivot as needed in real time.
