We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Technical Trainer.

THE IMPACT

Increase technical assistance centers technological knowledge

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Provide necessary training on product ranges (B2B – B2C) to Emea technical assistance centers through sessions, workshops as well as remote digital tools

- Provide second level support to Emea technical assistance centers for the handling of complex issues.

- Foster communication with Quality and Technical depts. by implementing technical feedbacks on products

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

- Excellent knowledge of English language (mandatory)

- Good Knowledge of Office package

- Knowledge of kitchen hoods (nice to have)
