• You identify and acquire bus partners and build strong, long-lasting partnerships• You take ownership of the whole sales process
• You manage the win-win relationship with our partners and help to answer all their queries
• You help the partners become a key part of a national route network based on quantitative analysis
• You present partnership opportunities and the advantages of a cooperation with FlixBus to all external stakeholders (travel agencies, local authorities)
• You support the Managing Director for the Nordics in finding and executing ways to grow revenues and profitability • Excellent degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or management consulting
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
• Track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance and sales responsibility
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, reliable, and conscientious
• Native level Swedish and fluent in English, as well as any other European language is a plus
