Beschreibung
• You track the current traffic situation of the bus service• You take on the coordination responsibility of personnel and vehicle deployment
• You interact closely with all parties of the FlixBus fleet, especially with our drivers and bus partners
• You are also the primary contact for our international customers on all topics regarding their trip with FlixBus
• You communicate with our customers via phone, e-mail or social media
• You are always ready and pro-active to help and solve difficulties effectively and efficiently • You successfully completed an apprenticeship in the area of transport management, operations or similar
• You have experience in the disposition of driving personnel and vehicles and/or customer service
• You have advanced MS Office skills
• You are communicative and a team player
• You are flexible and prepared to work in shifts (24/7)
• You are fluent in Danish and English; any other European language is a plus
