Beschreibung

• You are responsible for the identification, acquisition, and management of our partner and station network
• You are the primary point of contact for our partners through the good and bad, ready to problem solve and provide support at every turn
• You work hand-in-hand with various FlixBus teams, always communicating effectively as the voice to and from the partner network to the rest of the FlixBus organization
• You meet with all FlixBus stakeholders and represent FlixBus at industry and company-related functions
• With the full support of our US headquarters in Los Angeles, you are in charge of setting up operations for the launch and growth of our interstate bus network on the East Coast
• You are the initiator, manager, builder and developer of our New York team and office
• You own and grow the P&L, conduct regular business reviews with the company's management • Top Degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a related field
• Authorization for full-time employment in the US
• Strong work ethic and willingness to travel along the East Coast up to 50% of your time
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic, financial, consulting or business development position or any combination of high-level equivalent experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit, full of ambition, and a roll with the punches attitude
• You have the business and financial acumen to build and understand complex models and use that information to develop strategic plans
• Highly social, you love the idea of networking with strangers at an industry meeting, communicating and leading with confidence and passion
• You are proactive, reliable and always keep a strong focus on achievement without day-to-day management
