• You develop our company into an Italian wide recognized and loved mobility brand• You take full ownership of marketing activities with focus on offline ATL and BTL
• You lead our sales and trade marketing activities by growing our network of using your online marketer's mindset
• You introduce and improve measures, KPIs and metrics to structure our global go-to-market strategy and benchmark to challenge our local teams
• You prepare and handle the budget of our marketing team and conduct respective KPI-directed analyses
• You coordinate the promotions and event campaigns
• You use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence, coordinate and negotiate with a vast number of departments and stakeholders
• You define and implement processes to improve alignment between regional marketing teams to establish a coherent international marketing strategy
• You deliver promising concepts to the board of management, founders and investors
• You lead a team of 14 passionate experts with a “make it happen” attitude • Sound academic background, ideally with a focus on Economics, Management, Business Studies, Marketing or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing agency, sales, start-up or management consulting, in a dynamic e-commerce environment
• Marketing all-rounder with profound experience in offline and online marketing which is proven by a track record of successfully completed projects
• Sound know-how in modern marketing trends and being “one step ahead”
• Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions
• Highly motivated to achieve goals with the necessary entrepreneurial drive
• Native Italian and excellent English language skill, every other European language is a plus
