Beschreibung
• You are responsible for the support of a specific employee group – starting with the onboarding and ending with the offboarding• You support our HR Management Team in daily tasks
• You organize and conduct our monthly Welcome Day for new employees and make sure that they are having a great start in our company
• You are the direct contact person for a specific group of employees and support us in providing them with reliable and competent advice regarding all HR-relevant topics
• You are in charge of smaller HR projects
• You get first impressions in the areas of Personnel Development and International HR Management • Fresh graduated and enrolled student in Business, Economics, Law or Social Science, preferably with major in HR/Personnel
• Being interested in employment, income tax and social security law
• An autonomous, structured and precise way of working
• Reliable, flexible and discrete personality and great commitment
• Communication and team skills
• Very good English skills; any other European language (especially German) is a plus
• Good MS-Office skills
