• As a member of Organizational Development, you make a significant contribution to enabling a value-oriented culture of innovation and teamwork, and aligning it with our corporate strategy• You support the implementation, evaluation and communication of our employee survey
• You independently conduct national and international salary benchmarking studies and support the derivation of stringent internal salary structures
• You are responsible for the organization of our leadership workshops and our mentoring program
• You have the opportunity to contribute (through research, reports and presentations) and actively implement your own ideas in around the topics of organizational & personal development (feedback, promotion, career pathing and many more) • Enrolled student of psychology, business education, business administration, or a similar field of study, preferably with a focus on human resources
• Availability of (at least) five months
• Ideally first practical experience in human resources
• Expertise in common MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers and finding solutions
• Enthusiasm, a precise, solution- and result-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of own initiative
• Fluent in English; German or every other foreign language is a plus
