• You are in charge of all HR related topics in our regional CEE entities (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria) with an emphasis on the development of the local teams
• You manage the entire recruitment process aiming to find and select the most promising candidates in our target markets to join our successful venture
• You advise and support executives regarding all HR matters and act competent, trustworthy, discreet as well as reliable
• You take on responsibility for the local roll-out of international HR projects
• You coordinate travel bookings & office supply procurement
• You ensure that all team members have all the necessities to work efficiently and happily (e.g. never run out of coffee and beer) :)
• You actively support creating a cool, family like atmosphere, ranging from office interior to team building activities and events
• You recruit and lead an HR and Office Management Intern supporting you in the operational tasks • Relevant degree in business, social sciences, ideally with a focus on HR or equivalent practical experience
• You have made first experiences in recruiting and/or human resource management
• Activities outside your academic background show us that you are ready to take over responsibility and drive the international development of our company
• You are fluent in Hungarian and English (Romanian and Bulgarian fluency is considered a plus)
• Your work style is proactive, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking
• You are good in multitasking; prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks in different areas
• You are highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
