Junior Business Development Manager for the Bulgarian Market based in Budapest

You are a core member of our team in Budapest and drive the expansion of our business, especially on the Bulgarian marketYou identify and acquire new partners and develop strong, long-lasting trust relationships
You negotiate great deals with prospective bus partners and bus stop operators that result in a win-win situation for both sides
You act as the main point of contact for our bus partners in Bulgaria and conduct regular business reviews with them
You build up and actively manage relationships with regulatory authorities (Bulgarian Ministry of Transport)
You analyze KPIs, market trends and competitors' activities, recognize problems by interpreting them, and derive suitable recommendations for action
You closely interact with colleagues from other departments: Operations, Marketing, Network Planning and Pricing
You will play an integral part in our journey to revolutionize the mobility market in Central and Eastern Europe Degree in economics, business administration, transportation, tourism or a related field
Proven expertise in business development, key account management, sales, or similar
High motivation for achievement and entrepreneurial drive to develop the business with us
Structured and pro-active work style
Strong analytical skills
Advanced communication and negotiation skills
Fluent level in English and Bulgarian, knowledge of Hungarian, Romanian, and/or Greek is a plus
