• You will be responsible for the planning and development of strategic projects related to FlixBus'business in Italy
• You will collaborate with different national and international teams in the set up of the strategic project ensuring an excellent delivery on time and budget
• You will take care of the legal and financial sides of each project coordinating also with the external consultants involved
• You will be able to understand set of complex data
• You will be autonomous in developing and managing projects
• You will scout new business opportunities and develop them, working closely with the Italian and international Management
• You will be the link between external stakeholders, partners and the internal teams
• You will monitor and communicate quantitative KPIs and provide forecasts and reports • Excellent Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, business development, or management consulting
• Experience in project management
• Details oriented
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business
• Track record of successful personal and work projects with high performance and sales responsibility
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• At least full working proficiency in both Italian and English
