You integrate a team of Project Managers/In-house Consultants supporting mostly the Customer Service, Traffic Control, Quality Management and Offline Products departments;You support our Strategic Projects Team in shaping and improving our internal processes;
You manage your own projects with a lot of autonomy and taking large responsibilities from day one;
You contribute to all operational successes of FlixBus by conducting cross functions projects with exposure to top management;
You actively participate in the IT implementation of our new processes;
You support FlixBus continuous international expansion and diversification;
You assist all teams in everyday operations. You are a graduate from a top Business Administration University or similar program, preferably with an international orientation;
You have already gathered practical experiences in a work environment (start-up, corporate, …) and/or work experience abroad;
You have the customer happiness at heart and take initiative to improve the customer experience;
You have advanced presentation and communication skills;
You are an analytical mind, with an affiliation for numbers and strong problem-solving skills;
You are communicative, engaged and flexible;
You like working as a team and know how to get things done;
Your work style is organized, autonomous, team-oriented and reliable;
You are fluent in English and speak at least one additional European language.
