• You drive the internationalization of the SEA channel while working on innovative and interesting projects• You plan, develop and manage performance campaigns for several search engines
• You are in charge of operative and strategic aspects, taking into account all relevant KPIs
• You continuously optimize account structure, keyword portfolio, ad copies, landing pages and bidding strategies
• You assure that the reporting of relevant KPIs is always up to date, you conduct advanced ad hoc analyses and dig into our data in order to find hidden potential
• You question existing processes, find opportunities for automation and support the implementation of internal & external tools to increase campaign efficiency
• You develop innovative strategies to improve and expand our SEA activity based on A/B-testing and evaluation of new advertising channels as well as AdWords betas & features
• You share your extensive knowledge and experience with the team, you mentor and motivate them to achieve common goals
• You are in close contact with other departments and external partners • Bachelor's/Master's degree in (International) Business, Business Informatics, Statistics, Information Systems, Media Studies, Data Science or similar
• Profound professional experience in the management of SEA campaigns
• An affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability
• Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style
• Knowledge in JavaScript/AdWords Script/Python and in creating SQL queries is a big plus
• Experience with bid management and campaign management tools is a plus
• Previous experience in a dynamic/international environment is a plus
• Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
