• You find the most promising candidates and help them to join our successful venture• You oversee the entire end-to end recruitment process for our cross-functional teams
• You partner with the IT teams and managers to provide the best possible candidate experience
• You leverage the bar of the service we provide, by setting up and finetuning our recruitment processes
• You work on employer brand topics and raise the awareness for FlixBus as employer
• You turn your own recruiting-related ideas into reality by leading them as projects • Degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Economics, or another related field
• 1+ years (or for Senior 3+ years) of experience in recruiting (preferably in the IT area), ideally in start-ups or in a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive working-style and passion to drive projects and make them happen
• Commitment, team-orientation and interest in the different fields of IT
