• You turn the candidate journey into an amazing ride• You collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing, create meaningful job postings, assessment, and closing solutions
• You manage the whole recruiting process, from job requirements, pre-screening, developing interviews and interviewing candidates and make accountable hiring decisions together with our IT Team
• You handle all scheduling and logistics for interviews
• You leverage existing tech talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities
• You analyze the recruiting success and implement new initiatives that increase the quality and impact of our hires
• You manage candidates in process and provide them with a flawlessly positive experience
• You are part of the HR team to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming an employee
• You initiate and manage employer branding activities directed at tech talent
• You handle Blue Card application process for new hires from start to finish • You've studied business administration, business informatics or another business or technological related field
• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience required, ideally in start-ups or a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• Proven track record of closing of senior vacancies in tech
• Understanding of what excites in demand tech talents and passion of engaging them in interesting conversations
• Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
• Solid understanding of state-of-the-art technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
