Beschreibung
• You conduct ticket sales in Polish and English (other languages are welcome)• You provide our customers with all relevant information in Polish and English
• You work with Lost & Found department on taking care of items lost and found on the station including registration of lost luggage
• You create unique customer experience – on a professional and an emotional level
• You report to the Team Leader and perform other tasks as required by them • You speak Polish fluently, English at a level that allows ease of communication (any other language would be a plus)
• Ideally, you already have a similar professional experience
• You aim to provide the best level of service, you have a friendly disposition and proactive approach
• You are to able to solve problems and multitask
• You are ready to undertake shift work (hours of work between 7-22), in particular at transport peaks (eg Friday and Sunday afternoon, long weekends etc.)
